It’s tempting to do a lot for God. Which is not always the same as doing with God.
Sacrifice is working for. Obedience is working with.
For requires being religious. With requires being human.
For looks like trying too hard. With looks like it comes with relative ease.
For involves performing in order to earn God’s approval. With involves partnering with God because he already approves.
