Which should you put in your recipe?
In your gin and tonic. In your pasta sauce. In your salad dressing.
What if you don’t have the “right” ingredient”? You, with your discerning taste, and because you know what the recipe calls for, will probably tell the difference. But will anyone else?
Probably not.
Just use what you’ve got. Work with what you have. Fretting over it is pointless. Running to the store for the “right” option (the “right” app, the “right” font, the “right” curriculum, the “right” team, the “right” website, the “right strategy”) is probably a waste of time, energy, and money. The payoff will be negligible if not null.
Make what you can with what you’ve got on hand.
